We deliver from EU stock to all EU member states.

Lead time

Every quote states the lead time for each item. Stock items ship quickly; items on request show the expected date in the quote.

Delivery terms and costs

Delivery terms (Incoterms) and shipping costs are stated in the quote and depend on quantity, pack size and destination. Intra-EU supplies to VAT-registered companies are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).

Quantities

Ingredients are available from 1 g samples up to 1,000 kg. Packaging is supplied per piece with flexible minimum orders.

Special shipments

Dangerous goods are shipped under ADR rules. Temperature-sensitive products, such as probiotics, are shipped in suitable packaging — the conditions are stated in the quote.
