Who can buy on EU Ingredients?
Companies with a valid EU VAT number. We check the number in the EU VIES register when you register.
Why do I get a quote instead of a price?
Prices depend on quantity, pack size and delivery country. You receive a quote with price, lead time and documents within 24 hours on working days.
Which documents do I get?
A technical data sheet and safety data sheet for every product and a certificate of analysis for every lot. Registered buyers can download available documents on the product page.
What quantities can I order?
Ingredients from 1 g samples up to 1,000 kg; packaging per piece with flexible minimum orders.
Can I order samples?
Yes — use “Request sample” on the product page. See Samples.
Where do you deliver?
To all EU member states. See Shipping & delivery.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are stated in your quote. New customers usually pay in advance; terms for regular customers are agreed individually.
What is an RFQ?
You describe what you need once — product, specification, quantity and deadline — and receive sealed bids until the closing date. You then compare the bids and award one, or close the RFQ without award.
I can’t find a product. Can you source it?
Yes. Send us the name or CAS number and the quantity — we reply within 24 hours on working days.
